St. Anna and it's golf course

At Lerca, in the province of Geona between Arenzano and Cogoleto, a new golf course and three new residential areas are being build. One has already been completed. A second one, Valdolivo village is under construction and the third one, Argentine village is the next one to start. Three villages inspired by modern shapes and colors of the traditional rural villages in the valleys of the rivers facing the Ligurian Sea, crossed by narrow streets, which delineate the contours of the houses.
Designed by Marco Zanuso, architect and designer one of the most well known in Italy.
Just 3 km from the highway of Arenzano, in the heart of  the Valley of Lerca, the initiative is being built by St. Anna Golf sporting estate, a valuable residential project nestled between the sea and the sun of one of the most striking corners of Liguria. Private and exclusive, built between olive trees and vineyards from the unique scene, with an ambitious goal, achieve all your desires. Each hole of the Golf is a thrill to live, each with its own character and ambience of its own characteristics. The design of the course is signed by the American architect Robert von Hagge, the designer of some of the most beautiful golf courses in the world, spread over an 18-hole course with a total length of 6,069 meters, par 72A colorful countryside, with olive trees, vineyards and orchards grafted in a natural setting.

The Apartments in the Golf Course

The beautiful residences are inspired by the traditional Ligurian villages. The first of the three residential areas is inserted in the heart of the golf course allowing people to live in the tranquility of nature and privacy, but with a front row seat of the golf course.
